COFFEE LOVING, WEED SMOKING, HIPSTER INFESTED, CLOUD COVERED, SNEAKER HEADQUARTERS, PORTLAND, OREGON IS HOME AWAY FROM HOME.
It's hard for me to believe that I've lived in Portland for 4 years, since I was 17 I can gladly say its the longest I've stayed put anywhere. Restless and curious, I found myself moving from one spot to another trying to figure out where I fit in. I found out that the longer you drift, you don't fit in anywhere because everywhere & one you meet becomes a part of you -- which, from my perspective, feels like a good trade.
Portland is somewhere special, a place where every misfit & dreamer from somewhere or another landed to put things on pause & enjoy life.
Portland is a city you can live in for years and still have a laundry list of restaurants, cafés, bars, and food carts you're still "meaning to try." Not to mention, this city is growing like wildfire with new micro breweries, local wineries, ramen spots and more.

Rumors are true, it rains most of the year in this sleepy, clouded city set between the Pacific Ocean and Cascade mountains. The Portland color palette is painted grey, muted blues, varieties of greens, and with the occasional splash of color. This is rose city, by the way - blooming twice a year.
